Operational support for a luxury cruise company, managing data flows between shore and ship, restaurant reservations, itineraries, customer documentation, and the resolution of operational issues.
The client is a key player in the luxury cruise market, offering exclusive itineraries and top-level onboard services. To support growth and ensure customer satisfaction, I handle errors that may occur when information is transmitted from shore to ship, manage onboard restaurant reservations, and check itineraries for each departing voyage to avoid mismatches with customer bookings. I also verify that every guest has correctly provided all required documents before departure, manage customer-reported issues, and ensure itineraries are properly imported onboard, thereby enabling reservations to be created.
