Have you ever asked yourself “how can I achieve a result?”

Every day our clients ask us to carry out an activity to achieve a result. The very object of the contracts we sign with clients, in one way or another, is to produce a result. Just as the life or survival of companies is to set and achieve a result or a goal, our private life is also that: graduating, getting a degree, finding a job, training to advance your career, buying a house, achieving results in sports, and so on.

The importance of the three factors in achieving the result

Achieving a goal is not that easy, especially if it is very ambitious… and we really like ambitious goals!

However, challenges can be overcome with proper planning and a resilient mindset. Achieving requires “effort”, a lot. You have to commit, overcome obstacles, spend time and money.

What do you understand with experience? You understand that to achieve a goal you need three factors:

1. Awareness

2. Motivation

3. Strategy

Awareness as a starting point

Goal awareness is a key step in achieving a goal successfully. It means being fully informed and aware of the goal you are trying to achieve.

One of Einstein’s most famous quotes is: “A problem cannot be solved with the same level of thinking that created it.”

What Einstein meant is: in order to solve a problem your level of thinking

(or your mind in general) must be elevated to a higher stage, i.e.

It must evolve, otherwise you will live “inside the problem” and not know you have it.

In other words, it is as if you have processed information (old and new) that has therefore given you the opportunity to understand that you have a problem to solve or more generally, there is the opportunity to achieve a goal that is useful for you.

Awareness involves the “cold” part of the brain, the rational one,

calculator, which you need to understand where you are and where you want, you can or it is convenient for you

arrive. So, awareness helps you to understand, to trace the starting point and

the point of arrival. It helps you stay focused, motivated to face challenges with determination.

Motivation or also motiv-ation

And here comes the best part! The aspect of motivation involves the emotional part of our brain. In this case, the Latins come to our aid when they said: “melius est abundare quam deficere”. To reach a goal, there must be many emotions and above all “strong”. You have to be overwhelmed and let yourself be overwhelmed by emotions, otherwise you will get nothing!

This aspect is not really easy to explain. We will try to do so by analyzing the word motivation that we will divide into two: Motiv-action. Therefore, to achieve a goal you will need a reason that pushes you to action. If we then add an “E” to the word Reason, we get Emotional. Therefore, in short, to achieve a goal we need an emotional state that pushes us to action.

Strategy, the key to achieving your goal

Did you think it was over? Achieving a result requires a well-planned and determinedly executed strategy. Here is a general guide to an effective strategy:

  • Clearly define your goal: clearly understand what you want to achieve
  • Analyze the context: Assess the context in which you are operating. Understand your resources, constraints and opportunities. Make a realistic assessment of your capabilities and potential obstacles.
  • Identify the resources you will need: Determine what resources you will need to achieve your goal. These resources may include time, money, skills, support from others, tools, or equipment.
  • Develop an action plan: Create a detailed plan that will guide you step by step toward your goal. Break the plan down into specific phases or steps, assigning deadlines to each.
  • Prioritize: Focus on the most important and urgent tasks that will get you closer to your goal.
  • Choose the right strategies: Identify the strategies and tactics that you think are best suited to achieve the objective. The strategies you adopt must be consistent with the resources you have available and the context in which you operate.
  • Track Progress: Track your progress regularly and check your progress.
  • Adapt your strategy: Obstacles may arise, but you will need to adjust your strategy accordingly.
  • Evaluate and celebrate successes: When you reach your goal or make significant progress, take the time to evaluate and celebrate your successes. This will strengthen your motivation and give you the energy you need to take on new challenges.

Remember that achieving a goal takes time and above all a lot of effort! Planning and executing a well-thought-out strategy are essential to increase your chances

Are you ready to achieve a result at any cost?

The path you choose to achieve a result must be environmentally friendly

to your scale of values. For example, if to build the atomic bomb you will have to do a lot of mathematical calculations, and you don’t like mathematics, it means that that part

you will have to have someone else do it. For each alternative route you will have to choose the one with the lowest cost.
