I have been working for a year in Widesolutions, and for about 6 months in a group called ‘DeliveryIOM’.

I have been working for a year in Widesolutions, and for about 6 months in a group called ‘DeliveryIOM’ where I mainly deal with ticket resolution (customer problems or jammed flows), package creation and release, system and DB side. I immediately felt at ease, both for the work environment and for the team already formed that welcomed me right away.

Team working

Even before this job, I have always had to interact with multiple people on certain projects, which has developed in me excellent communication skills, adaptation to situations, empathy and time optimization. I also think it is the best way to work since it leads to maximizing the knowledge of individuals and facilitates the acquisition of new skills.

Problem solving and stress resistance

During this period of work I understood that often a solution is not ‘written’ but must be found, consequently I developed an ability to generate different alternatives and know how to evaluate them, furthermore it is often associated with a feeling of stress that I learned to make a weapon, and in certain situations it gave me that extra push.

Linux

At a system level I had to learn all the facets of the Linux operating system to which I had to associate various software over time (Jenkins, Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes…)

Oracle Sql-pl/sql

At the database level I have always worked with relational databases, mainly Oracle, and I had to learn how the SQL language works. For a period of time I also studied pl/sql which in some circumstances came in handy.
