Infrastructure Management

We take the utmost care and attention in all the activities involved in setting up and maintaining the software and hardware components that make up a company’s IT infrastructure. This is an extremely important service, because it guarantees the correct provision of internal application services or services for other customers.

Project

Phase 1

Assessment

A careful and in-depth analysis of the customer’s technological infrastructure (we are referring to hardware and software) allows us to define the size and scope of the project and, of course, the methods of intervention and management.

Phase 2

Taking charge

In this phase, the metrics of the infrastructure monitoring system are defined or revised, in order to improve its performance and availability. It is important to remember that adequately monitoring a company’s technological infrastructure guarantees that it will function correctly over time.

Phase 3

Ordinary management

The primary objective of the routine management phase is to maintain a high and constant level of performance of the company’s infrastructure. Since most companies today depend on hardware and software technologies, this phase guarantees the correct provision of services.
