The project aims to create an integrated digital ecosystem designed to enhance the passenger experience on cruise ships. The platform allows guests to intuitively and personally explore the range of services available on board—such as restaurants, entertainment, excursions, shopping, and promotions—through multiple access channels (information screens, mobile devices, interactive kiosks).
The ecosystem is fully configurable by the on-board staff, enabling real-time updates on content, offers, and promotional messages. Integration with payment systems and centralized management of digital content ensure a smooth and secure flow from service exploration to booking or purchase.
